Now I See It is a staged educational ecosystem built by someone who has spent two decades in the rooms it serves — classrooms, training days, debriefs, leadership cohorts. Education for Everyone, Everywhere.
Built by Gary Rowlands through Clips-2013 EOOD, Sofia, Bulgaria. The work is not pivoting opportunistically into education from outside; it grew out of the work itself.
A companion to the living classroom — with 'screen time' kept to an absolute minimum.
Now I See It augments live, hands-on, project-based, student-centred learning across the full inter-, multi- and trans-disciplinary spectrum — and develops competency in the people in it: students, educators, and school leaders. It supports the teacher in the room; it never replaces the room. Simulated data is only a fairness fallback for schools without kit — never the point.
Most learning tools assume the room runs smoothly — that planning, teaching, assessment, reflection, and the conversations that hold them together are someone else's problem. They aren't. They're the daily work of every educator and every team that needs to develop its people. The friction in that work is the largest preventable cost in the system, and it doesn't show up in any league table.
The platform was built to remove that friction in stages: lesson-making support, assessment that is honest about what it sees, voice-driven capture so reflection doesn't have to be typed, and a methodology foundation of named lenses (Honey & Mumford, the dynamic of three, the contract, conversation management, the 85% target) that gives a team a common language to talk about what they're doing.
Gary Rowlands spent two decades in policing, military training, and corporate management development before building this. The patterns the platform implements — surface-then-decide, anonymous-when-honesty-matters, reflection-as-evidence-not-optional — are patterns he watched work (and watched fail) in real rooms with real stakes. Not theory. Practice that survived.
