Honest about where we are

Partners

We work alongside a small number of universities, schools, ministries, and independent contributors — in honest conversation, not in glossy logo walls. We will not name a partner here who has not given us their explicit consent to be named. If you are looking for someone whose name we should be displaying with pride, please assume we have asked and they have not yet said yes.

If a sceptical reader is thinking "so this is a partnership page with no partners on it?" — yes, more or less. We would rather show you the shape of the conversations we want than paste a logo we have not earned. The page describes what each kind of partnership looks like in practice, and what we are looking for next. Names appear here as people give us consent.

🎓 Universities

Co-hosted roundtables, research collaboration, student internships and dissertation projects, joint publication where the data warrants it. We bring real classroom data and a working platform; the university brings academic rigour, peer-review discipline, and a pipeline of curious early-career researchers. We do not pay for endorsement and we do not ghost-write papers. The line some readers will think but not say — "aren't you just looking for an academic name to put on a slide?" — no. We are looking for honest peer review of what we ship, and for early-career researchers who want their dissertation to land in a real classroom rather than a desk drawer.

Looking for: education-faculty leads in Bulgaria and across the wider region, especially where multilingual STE(A)M research is on the agenda.

🏛️ Government education programmes

Ministries running national STEM-centre rollouts, curriculum reforms, or teacher-development programmes. We integrate with the framework you are already funding, supply the platform that turns equipment into practice, and bring lessons aligned to your national curriculum. We do not lobby; we do not undercut local providers; and we tell you honestly when something we offer is not the right fit for your context.

Looking for: conversations with ministries running STEM/STE(A)M centre programmes — see the STEM Centre page for the 14 markets we currently track.

🏫 School networks

Groups of schools — chains, clusters, regional alliances, charity-trust networks — that want a coherent platform across all their classrooms rather than piecemeal procurement. Cohort licensing, shared lesson library, cross-school benchmarking that respects student privacy. We help the network feel like one room without flattening any school's individual culture.

Looking for: network leads who want a serious conversation about what a coherent multi-school deployment looks like in their context.

👔 Corporate training providers

Organisations delivering professional development at scale — for educators, civil servants, technical staff, anyone whose job description includes growing other people. The platform's PDP module + reflection workflow + AI-supported lesson planning translate cleanly out of the classroom. Specifically: police, military, medicine, law, and engineering all do CPD; education is starting to. We help your training carry an evidence trail without bureaucracy.

Looking for: CPD leads inside organisations doing serious in-house training and willing to push the platform's PDP module into a non-classroom context.

✍️ Independent contributors

Educators, retired educators, autodidacts, students, parents — anyone with a lesson, a worksheet, a translation, or a teaching insight worth sharing. Most of our planned Subject Pack modules (Rocketry, Forestry, Eco Systems, and others) are student-authored. Each contributor's work is licensed separately, with a revenue share when their content is used and named exposure on the lesson card. The bar is honesty about what works in real classrooms — not academic credentials. If you have a half-finished worksheet you have been polishing for years and cannot quite ship — that is exactly what we would love to see.

Looking for: people who have a lesson they would be proud of someone else running — the shape of the contribution does not need to be polished; we polish together.

🌍 Translators & localisers

The platform ships in 19 languages, but only English and Bulgarian are hand-authored at every level. Where a community of native speakers wants to bring a language to full fidelity — lessons, UI strings, safety notes, the lot — we have the pipeline ready. The work is recognised, attributed, and where possible compensated.

Looking for: native-speaker leads for any of our 17 currently auto-translated languages who want to take their language to first-class status on the platform.

What partnership actually looks like

A first conversation, twenty to forty minutes, on a video call. If we both think a face-to-face would help, we travel — we are often on the road, often far (next month: Ghana), so an in-person visit at your location is genuinely possible after an initial online chat. And if you are in Sofia, you are welcome here too. We listen more than we talk; we want to understand what you are already doing and where this could fit, not the other way round.

If there is a fit, a small honest pilot follows — usually free for the first cohort — with documented outcomes that we both keep. If the pilot lands, the partnership becomes named and visible (if you choose) and we work out the longer-term shape together. If the pilot does not land, we say so plainly and you owe us nothing.

We do not do exclusive deals that lock either side in. We do not sign anything that requires either side to misrepresent the truth. Beyond that, the shape is whatever the work needs.

Send a paragraph. Who you are, what you are running, what would be useful from us. We answer every email; we usually reply within a couple of working days; we never sell your details and we never spam you. Thank you — genuinely. We read every word.
