End-of-trial use-survey — for schools that piloted Now I See It

Your honest read on what worked, what didn’t, what to build next

Thanks for trying the platform with your school. To make it land for the next school, we need the honest read — what worked, what didn't, what we missed. Eight questions, about ten minutes. No marketing-speak required. The single sentence you'd say to a colleague is more useful than a five-paragraph review.

If you'd rather sit with someone for half an hour and talk it through, that's also fine — drop us a line.

A Who's filling this in (optional)

Name + role + school size. Anonymous is fine; the role helps us read your answers.

B Which parts of the platform actually got used in your school?

Tick everything that staff or students touched, even briefly. The unused list helps us as much as the used list.

1 What did students actually do with it?

Be specific — the "ignored" list helps us as much as the "engaged" list. What did they reach for? What did they walk past?

2 Did anything land with a student that you weren't expecting?

Was there a moment when the platform surfaced something — a misconception, a question, an aptitude — that wouldn't have come up the usual way? A specific story helps more than a general impression.

3 How did it land with your colleagues?

Who picked it up easily? Who pushed back? What was the conversation like in the staff room? Honest answers help us — we know change inside a school is rarely smooth.

4 Where did the friction come from?

Time? Tech? Methodology? Curriculum fit? Worry about something else? Pick the one or two that mattered most and tell us specifically.

5 Honest read on the methodology — not the software

The platform is the vehicle. The named lenses behind it (Honey & Mumford, the dynamic of three, the contract, the 85% target) are the practice. What worked of those? What didn't?

6 Did the trial ask the school to change how it works?

Most things on this platform ask for some kind of change. Sometimes small, sometimes hard. Did your school feel that? Where? And did anything help (or fail to help) with managing it? See Dealing with Change for what we offer specifically on this.

7 What would have to be true for your school to keep using this past the trial?

Specific is better than vague. "Half the price" or "Bulgarian audio for the lesson voice" or "a way to share progress with parents" all help.

8 Would you recommend this to another school? (1-5)

Honest scoring helps us more than polite scoring.

+ Anything else?

Optional. Anything we should have asked but didn't. Anything you wish you'd known going in.
