Get your referral code. It's tied to your verified email and phone — a quick check that you're a real person.
Give it to whoever can decide — your head, your director, whoever holds the budget. You name them; they bring the code.
We match the two of you — you named them, they brought your code. Only when both sides match does anything happen.
When their contract completes and runs past six months, you're paid. A real, sticky referral — not a quick sign-and-vanish.

of the profit on what they buy (we count profit as 70% of the value — a genuine thank-you, paid by bank transfer). If the person you refer leaves the contract early, the referral doesn't complete and no fee is due — you'll know that up front.
